Yes, the shipping has been included in these prices.

*Savings are for shipping to the same address. This offer is for two footstools or two Lillipads, but because of excess shipping volume excludes the one footstool one Lillipad combination.

The Lillipad Squatting Platforms come flat-packed and require simple assembly (you may need to borrow a + shaped screw driver). The Lillipad footstool comes fully assembled.

Please note ― sales tax (MwSt, GST, VAT) for purchases to Europe, India, Canada and the UK will be collected by the Post Office on arrival.

Payment is by credit/debit card or eCheck via the PayPal secure server. NZ customers can pay using internet banking or cheque.

Our order process for purchasing the Plans is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for the plans only. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for the plans only.

Please note — the footstool does not facilitate the full squatting position, if you are looking to take the next step — to the squat position — then you will require a Lillipad Squatting Platform. The Lillipad Squatting Platform is durable, functional, and attractive, our reviews page is full of quotes from very happy customers. It is not, however, a made-to-measure solution for your particular squatting posture or your toilet’s location and shape. For a made-to-measure solution — we recommend the DIY plans available on this website.

Warranty
As a result of hygiene issues, a refund or exchange is only available for the Lillipad if it has a structural fault. This must be brought to our attention within 30 days of receiving the Lillipad.

There is a tracking number on the Lillipads and parcels with two footstools. If a parcel goes missing or is damaged in transit, there is insurance cover for a replacement or refund once the investigation process is complete. We use a very reliable postal service, however we cannot be held accountable for delays which are out of our control.

If the Lillipad is returned unopened and in original condition, we will deduct our shipping and handling expenses and make a prompt refund.

This warranty does not affect New Zealanders’ rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ) or the Fair Trading Act (NZ).

New Zealand’s legal jurisdiction applies to the transaction.

We recommend people practice the squat position before they purchase, and are prepared to give squatting on the Lillipad a few weeks to get used to. The video on the home page of this website shows how to easily get on and off the Lillipad.
